WHICH IS BETTER USER FRIENDLY? SCROLL ON
Vista Aero reaches to the extreme as it has features that can be loved or features that will be hated. If you do not like it and hate it then you would find that you have the option to disable the slickness through the Control Panel but surely, getting rid of it entirely is impossible as the changes in the Vista Aero are something much more than superficial. With the wisdom that Microsoft possessed, they wanted to move things around. The “up a level” button has been comfortably replaced by a foreign-looking and powerful feature of breadcrumbs in the Address Bar in the Explorer. The Veteran XP users will take a whole lot of time to adjust to this system as it is expected that most of them will need retraining because of the User Account Control and its dialogs. The Search feature will lead you quickly to a whole lot of results with almost no clear route to the beginning. Then comes the new feature of the Windows Backup Utility that very nicely insulates because of its process that is too very confusing that they don’t know and when they get it, it becomes too late for their data not being backed up.
It is a thought of wonder that most of the enhancements of the Vista can be duplicated on the XP with great ease and comfort. Most of the workers were raised on an entire generation of the Windows 9x Explorer which has shown lot of stability since a long time except for some exceptions. The UI of Vista is very different, though a decision as to which is a better option still needs to be taken by the jury.

THE CONCLUSION
Changing things just for the sake of the new changes is quite a flop idea as when one can find it easier to understand the need for Microsoft to change the UI while the designers of the Vista seem to have presented a big flop. The IT’s list is certainly not expected to include the usability improvements a major point from moving from XP to Vista.
