HOW TO KEEP A STRONG PASSWORD

You can substitute numbers in place of letters that look similar e.g. you can easily use “@” for “a” or “0″ for an “o” like m0d3ltf0rd becomes model ford or M0d3LtF0rd by using capitals wherever you want.

Choose something you were attached to when you were younger instead of choosing a person’s name like a place, a car, a favorite restaurant or an attractive vacation etc.

Get different username and password combinations for everything as the technique of hacking is to break into and everything you access to know your standard password which fails if you don’t use the same password everywhere. Rob form is a great way-out which stores all your passwords in an encrypted format and allow you to use a master password to access all of them.

Once a password is thought of, test it on ’s password tester to find out how secure is it.Another thing to be kept in mind is that you should never feel that your account is not important as it has all the sensitive stuff but one can type forgot my password in your bank account and retrieve your password from the mailbox.

Also, many people store their passwords in a firewall or router and call it safe not knowing that they haven’t bothered to change the main password on that device. So anyone could ask them for their laptop for browsing and try almost all the passwords in the list till they have a nice control over your network.

You should invest in firewall and check your software programs for updates on a regular basis. There are 50 more ways that you have been keeping a weak password still not mentioned but as a user, you should take care of the things you use.
