The very famous and critically appraised Crackdown has come along, back with a bang with its sequel, Crackdown 2. Developed by 
the Ruffian Games, published by Microsoft Game Studio after much of controversy and issues, Billy Thomson and Steve Iannetta have been the designers for Crackdown 2. Crackdown 2 Xbox 360 is the only platform released for the game until yet. Released on the 6th of July 2010 in North America, 8th of July 2010 in Australia and finally on the 9th of July 2010 in Europe, Crackdown 2 Xbox 360 has been a good game overcoming the shortcomings of the previous Crackdown. Crackdown 2 Xbox 360 is an action-oriented game with a third person shooter perspective extending to the Crackdown 2 multiplayer, Crackdown 2 Single-player and Crackdown 2 cooperative modes as well. The Crackdown Xbox 360 game series started in the year 2007 with the Crackdown Xbox 360 game. Crackdown 2 Xbox 360 is the exactly next sequel to the Crackdown Xbox 360 game.
CRACKDOWN XBOX 1 COMPLETE STORY
In the very first Crackdown game, it is shown that the Pacific City, a fictional city had been infested by mutants who belonged to the research facility and have run over almost the whole of the Shai-Gen territory along with the Pacific City itself. The civilians of the Pacific City form a group of their own by the name of Cell standing up to revolt against the mutants as well as the Agency. The Agents are given with the task of finding the key areas of the Cell and also the tunnels in the underground of the Mutants. This was the story of the Crackdown game that was released in the year 2007. After that, the Crackdown 2 game was supposed to further away with the Crackdown Xbox game.

The Crackdown 2 game story was shown to have taken place after almost 10 years of the Crackdown Xbox 360 game. Once the Pacific 
City was rescued and saved by the Agent, there was a short time of security and peace after which in the Crackdown 2 360 game, there was the arrival of a girl named Catalina Throne who was a new medical student at the Agency. Catalina Thorne was now taken into the Agency as a scientist. When Catalina was discovered to have been performing her selfish experiments and that too without any authorized permission, she was forced to get out of the Agency. Catalina blamed the Agency for her ruined life afterwards. To take her revenge, Catalina somehow managed to get into the cloning facility of the Agency with a newly created virus of her own that she injected into the genetically modified agents who thereafter, became mindless, enraged and went on a spree to kill everybody. After some hours of killing and destruction, these agents died. After this, Catalina made her way to the research labs of the Agency where she sent the project back to where it had started, after which the Agent program was destroyed completely.
After Catalina had created the Freaks back into the Pacific City, the Freaks became completely mindless and enraged as they used to kill any and everybody that they came across. Agency had nobody to take control of these mindless monsters. With this, the criminals also started to come up seeing that the Agency could not do anything about it. The civilians were now full of rage and anger, feeling weak but were fighting and raising their voice. Catalina hit hard on the melted iron by supporting the civilians saying that the Agency has a cure for the virus but is knowingly keeping it a secret. The civilians got all the more pestered at this and created their own terrorist group named Cell with the only aim of destroying the Agency so that they reveal the cure for the virus in the end.
At this point of time, the Agency revealed the cure by the name Project Sunburst. This was the technique of killing the Freaks. Project Sunburn did the task of throwing a huge bomb pf direct sunlight at the Freak lairs, which when hits them, kills the Freaks but is harmless to the normal people. The generators to collect the sunlight are created for this purpose. The Agent has the task to take care of the generator until it finishes, from the Freaks.
While the generator has almost done its work and very less of it is left, Catalina comes into the picture and pleads the head of the Agent to not re activate the beacon system but the Voice of the Agency makes her shut. Once the last beacon has been detonated, the Agency now has to reach the tower and activate the only beacon left, which is the tower only. During this time, the ex agents of the Agency who were kept to take care of the research area, were converted into freaks and they attacked the cores. Here, Catalina also very quietly attacks the core from her agency helicopter that she had got repainted.
When the Agent orders her to stop the whole thing, he makes a long jump 
from the helicopter and fires at the helicopter. Catalina acts very smart by turning the helicopter just when the Agent had fired on it, which makes the Agent get hit on the rotor blades of the helicopter rather than the cockpit as he had thought. Agent is torn into bits and pieces however; he successfully manages to stop Catalina in her malicious acts. Agent’s hand rests inside the helicopter whereas Catalina is spun away from the tower, getting out of control. The beacon is successfully activated, fires and kills all the remaining freaks. The Voice of Agency expresses their regret for all those who were coming in their way of killing the freaks. The credits of the Crackdown 2 360 are shown then after which Catalina is shown to have been in the research area performing an experiment on the hand of the Agent that lies in front of her in a test tube.

CRACKDOWN 2 ADDITIONS TO THE SKILL LEVELS
The Crackdown 2 has some new levels for the skills to be played in the game.
The very first one in the Crackdown 2 is the Agility Skill. The secret way of increasing the skill level of the Agility Skill in the game The Crackdown 2 is by increasing the collection of the Renegade Orbs and the Agility Orbs, killing and battling the enemies and villains from a high-elevated location or even by winning the Rooftop races.
The second skill in The Crackdown 2 is of The Firearms that can be taken up to the higher level by shooting from the mounted guns and the handheld guns.
The Driving Skill is the next in the series that has many ways of being increased ranging from running over the enemies from your car, completing and winning the Road Races, Power Slides, making jumps through the Stunt Rings, handbrake turns or even by increasing the collection of the Renegade Driving Orbs.
Explosive is another skill level in the Crackdown 2 that can be taken to a higher level by making use of the Launchers and the Thrown Grenade explosives.
The last skill in the Crackdown 2 is the Strength which can be increased by doing many hand – to – hand attacks, beating the people around you with the objects, throwing those objects, making use of the moves that you have unlocked with an increased Strength like the Ground Slam or the Charge Slam.
CRACKDOWN 2 MULTIPLAYER MODE
There are many more modes available as part of the Crackdown 2 Multiplayer mode like the Team Deathmatch or the Rocket Tag. The Crackdown 2 Multiplayer mode is shown to have taken place in the Pacific City itself but only some parts of the Pacific City can be used for the Crackdown 2 gameplay for the Multiplayer mode.
The Crackdown 2 co-op game mode allows the gamer to team up with three more friends for playing the Crackdown 2 gameplay. The Xbox Orbs or the Online Orbs are also distributed to the players, which actually increase all the skill levels of the gamers
