The Braid game has been selling widely all over the world and has beaten the sales of the games like the Mirror’s Edge, No More Heroes, Little Big Planet, Boom Blox and The World Ends with You as the game was sold with almost as high as 55000 people in the very first week of its release.

The Unlockable for the secret ending
The game will have eight stars which one will have to collect to make a constellation and if the player is successful in collecting the seven stars then the eighth star I seen in the last level with which some switches of the level become prone to time rewinding and thus it will get you to the final star and change the ending of the game too.

The Unlock able for the final level 1
There is a ladder in the house which leads to the attic which is the final level of the Braid. This ladder can be repaired by collecting the sixty pieces of the jigsaw puzzles and putting them altogether, you reach to the final level. After the completion of the last level, you will be taken to the Epilogue to which you can return.

The game was given special praises for the lovely art given by the artist David Hellman, a lovely music delivered by Jami Sieber, Shira Kammen and Cheryl Ann Fulton and was titled a good game having the emotions being delivered perfectly with a 2D platform.
The Braid game has won many titles and awards namely:

Braid is also the highest rated Xbox Live Arcade game on the site of Metacritic

GameSpot gave the game The Best Licensed Music of 2008 and The Best Platformer at the Best of 2008 award function

The some little reasons for which Braid was criticized were the replay value that lacked somewhere, the short length of the game as many felt that seeing such an interesting game, it should have been a little longer.

THE SIX WORLDS IN BRAID

The next world titled Time and Place can be a very complex level as in this, the game changes the time according to the location that is taken up by Tim or the character of the Braid game. When the player of Braid moves towards his right then the time moves towards the future whereas if the character of Braid game moves towards his left then the time reverses. Not moving anywhere and standing still will pause the time.

The upcoming world is Time and Decision where if the player rewinds the time then apart from the main character trying to perform the puzzle differently, there is also the shadow of the player that does the action that the player had previously, before the rewind done. With the help of this, the player can make many actions with the help of the shadow and fats forward the game, Braid.

The level just before the final one is the Hesitance which gives another type of the rewind time feature where the player gets a ring which if he throws or drops on the floor then the closer Tim and the other characters and objects of the Braid game will be to it, the slower the time will move for them. Along with this feature, in this level the normal rewinding of time can also be done.

The last and the final world has no title as such except for 1 which seems to be the title as is written in the place of the title. In this level of Braid, the time moves in the reverse direction and if the player chooses to rewind the time then he is taken back to the normal state of the flow of the time.

The major task that the player has to perform in all the level is to collect the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that will open the door for the player to enter the main level. He also has to collect the eight stars with which at the end of the Braid game, he can complete the constellation outside Tim’s home.
At the completion of the Braid game, the speedrun mode of the game gets unlocked.
