Many of the video software like the DivX could not be installed anymore as they require the new versions. The WinAMP 5.32 media player also shows an error at startup, though it works properly later. Quake IV has the capability of being executed with the installation program not working properly. Some softwares like the firewalls, anti-spyware and anti-virus software needs to be Vista-Ready and should be used on the Vista only if they are specially designed for it otherwise it may create problems.
